Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Refael Halevy ("we"), who runs ClipDeck. By creating an account or using ClipDeck, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ClipDeck.

What ClipDeck is

ClipDeck is a free website for finding and watching Twitch clips from the streamers you choose, and for saving favorites. ClipDeck is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You also need a Twitch account and must follow Twitch's Terms of Service.

Your account

• You sign in with Twitch and confirm each sign-in with a code from your authenticator app.
• Keep your authenticator app and recovery codes safe. Anyone who has them and your Twitch login could get into your account.
• If you lose both your authenticator and your recovery codes, contact support@clipdeck.video from a way we can confirm is really you (for example, a message from your Twitch account). We may not be able to help if we can't confirm it.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think it was misused.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Break the law, or use ClipDeck to harass or harm anyone.
• Try to access other people's accounts or get around security features or limits.
• Overload, attack or disrupt ClipDeck, or scrape or copy it with automated tools.
• Use ClipDeck in a way that breaks Twitch's rules.

Clips and content

Clips, channel names, pictures and other Twitch content belong to Twitch and the people who created them. ClipDeck only shows them through Twitch's official services and doesn't give you any rights to them. Twitch decides what's available; clips can disappear at any time. To report a clip, use Twitch's reporting tools.

Availability and changes

ClipDeck is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but it may sometimes be unavailable, change, or stop working (for example if Twitch changes its services). We may change, pause or end ClipDeck, and we'll give reasonable notice when we can.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put ClipDeck or other people at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, ClipDeck is provided without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or content provided by Twitch or other people. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know in ClipDeck before they take effect. If you keep using ClipDeck after that, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be handled by its competent courts, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to go to court there.
